Who I am

I've been on a journey to get to this point & I've been where you are right now. 


Maybe not exactly the same, but I've felt those feelings. 

- Lost

- Confused

- Depressed

- Hating my appearance


But my journey was anything but straight-forward.


I believed I could do it by myself too. Well I did....but it took years of trial & error. Many further disappointments & a lot of time wasted. Certainly not recommended. 


But you've only just come across me so you can't trust me to solve all of your problems just yet. 


I coach everyday people to become the best version of themselves & exceed their own expectations. 


I don't just settle for helping you lose a few LBS Bodyfat. I'm going to completely change your life if you join me on the journey.

How DId I get here

Before PT

My Purpose

Before entering the Fitness industry I had worked for the Civil Service for 8 Years. (3.5 Ministry of Defence, 4.5 Prison Officer).


I was in a job I didn't enjoy and my Mental & Physical Health was declining. 


Getting overweight, drinking frequently, terrible nutrition & becoming miserable with nearly every aspect of my life. 


Something had to change. It did!

I have always been an ambitious person, however being in this slump I had found myself was dragging all enthusiasm out of me. 


I always wanted to run my own business & have a burning desire to help people. 


This is where I came across 'Personal Training'. But I was out of shape & in bad Mental Health. Who was I going to help. 


Time to work on myself!

Over the next year I worked hard, putting in 80-90 hour weeks to improve.


Getting better as a coach, learning about the body & mind. Working out regularly & eating much better. 


I had my reason 'WHY' and wasn't going to let anyone stop me achieving what I wanted.


Fast forward 2 years and several 'Ups & Downs' I'm stronger, fitter & healthier than ever before & I'm going even further.
