I first met Rachael whilst doing gym classes.
Rachael had goals and I clearly told her that going to a few body pump classes per week simply wasn’t going to cut it.
I introduced her to the main parts of the gym and showed her exercises and pushed the intensity up. This is when things really started improving. Moving more to free weighted exercises and taking her confidence to another level.
Losing 41cm’s and bodyweight dropping down because of the nutritional changes we made. Strength increases were phenomenal and now she can do pull ups.
Now she’s much more happy with her body, training & nutrition now compared to a few months ago.
Goals have now shifted and the enjoyment level is at an all time high.
Kym reached out after years of feeling unhappy with her body. It was causing her to talking negatively about herself and confidence was simply not there.
We started at the beginning of the school holidays so there was no chance of going to a gym & Kym is a full time student as well as having a young boy. That’s what I call Busy!
A very busy and hectic life already, but she understood she needed to take this step so that her body and mind could be more energised & take that into other aspects of her life.
We doubled down on creating more active habits, home workouts & education on nutrition.
Kym has achieved a lot in the past few months & this is whilst keeping a kebab and beers at the weekend when watching football.
Kym was in the same position that you might find yourself in right now, but the difference is Kym trusted me and the process & now she is seeing the benefits.
Kym is over 15Kg down in body fat & we are continuing to create new goals and achieve more.
All of this whilst she has deadlines for Uni and a busy schedule with her boy.
Gym Anxiety.
Lack of Confidence.
Lack of Knowledge.
Constant cycle of getting gym memberships & cancelling them.
This is where Charlotte was at when we spoke for the first time.
Within just a couple of months that confidence has skyrocketed, meaning she now feels comfortable & actually wants to go to the gym by herself.
Making progress with strength work & now exercise has become part of Charlotte’s routine. It’s no longer forced & fit in whenever suits. It has become part of her lifestyle, and this will carry on for years. No more Yo-Yo dieting or exercising.
Taking the sole focus away from counting calories, weighing yourself & obsessing over the number on the scale is what has helped Charlotte stick with this plan for months.
